Not afraid to try something new, in 2017, the Club organised a week-long snowshoe meet in the Franco-Swiss Jura from a base in Les Rousses in France. Most people had never tried it before, but all quickly learned and enjoyed ascents of various peaks along the border including Columby de Gex, Mont Sala, Mont Tendre and La Dole.
