The club organised a four-day camping meet on the island of Lundy, principally for its fine sea-cliffs taking the ferry across from Bideford.

Plenty more climbing was done on the excellent granite including Seal Slab (D), Alouette (S), Saturday Night (S), Sunday Morning (VS 4c), Horseman’s Route (HS), Stuka (VS), Captain’s Arete (VS), Hurricane (HS), Ailsa B (VS 4c) and Force Eight (S).
